Bay Scallops are found along the Pacific Coast of Mexico. Divers collect them by hand- a method that results in sustainability and maintaining a safe seafloor habitat. Bay Scallops have a sweet, mild to rich taste with a firm texture. Some considering it the tastiest of the Scallops. The Bay Scallop is also known as Callo Catarina or Catarina Scallop. These are "Dry Packed Diver Bay Scallops" because we do not add water or chemicals.
