"Mano de Leon"

Jumbo Scallops are found along the Pacific coast of Mexico. Divers collect them by hand- a method that results in sustainability and maintaining a safe seafloor habitat.
The Jumbo Scallop is a meaty scallop with a creamy rich flavor. It was named Mano de Leon or Lions Paw, by the Baja fishermen because of its size and golden-orange color of it large shells.
These are "Dry Packed Diver Jumbo Scallops" because we do not add water or chemicals.
